Plot:
Part dog, part man, all hero.
When a faithful police dog and his human police officer owner are injured together on the job, a harebrained but life-saving surgery fuses them, and Dog Man is born. Sworn to protect, serve, fetch, sit, and roll over, Dog Man must stop the evil plots of feline supervillain Petey the Cat (voiced by Pete Davidson). Petey’s latest plan to clone himself and double his crime-making ability gets complicated when the kitten Lil Petey forms an unexpected bond with Dog Man.
When Lil Petey falls into the clutches of a common enemy, Dog Man and Petey must reluctantly join forces in an action-packed race to save him. Along the way, they discover the power of family (and kittens!) to bring even the most hostile foes together.
