Premise
In this horror retelling, Geppetto introduces his grandson, James, to a magical wooden doll named Pinocchio. What starts as an innocent bond quickly spirals into a nightmare. Unbeknownst to James, Pinocchio’s naïve nature leads him to misunderstand the human world, prompting the doll to go on a crusade to rid the world of “bad” things in the most brutal ways possible. This twisted version of Pinocchio is a far cry from the wooden boy searching for a heart—here, he is a vengeful force of destruction.
